1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using https://tlumai.com (“TlumAI”, “we”, “us”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Service description

TlumAI provides AI-powered tools for text generation (product descriptions, paraphrasing, ad copy, etc.) and photo processing (background removal, compression, resizing, etc.). Some features require account registration or credits.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Generate content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, or violates third-party rights.
  • Attempt to circumvent rate limits or free generation limits through automated means, VPNs, or multiple accounts.
  • Use the service to generate spam, phishing content, or disinformation.
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, or overload our API.
  • Upload photos of people without their consent for processing.

4. AI-generated content

Content generated by TlumAI is produced by third-party AI models (via OpenRouter/OpenAI). We do not guarantee accuracy, originality, or fitness for any particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing and editing AI-generated content before use. TlumAI is not liable for errors in generated content.

5. Credits and payments

  • Credits are non-refundable once used.
  • Unused credits do not expire.
  • Unused credits may be refunded within 7 days of purchase if no generations have been made.
  • We reserve the right to change credit prices with 14-day advance notice.

6. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of content you provide as input. AI-generated output is provided to you for use subject to applicable law. TlumAI does not claim ownership of generated content.

7. Limitation of liability

TlumAI is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of business, data, or profits.

8. Service availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.

9. Changes to terms

We may update these terms. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
